SHIPPING POLICY: PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOU HAVE EXPRESS SHIPPING IT STILL TAKES US 48 HOURS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING. If you place an order after 5pm on Friday through Sunday (there is no one available to process your web order during the weekend.) your order won't be processed until the following Monday.

01. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
*Typically orders will take a 48 hours to process. Absolutely no orders ordered Friday after 5pm will be shipped until the following Monday. Because Gomi Online is linked with the boutique, it will sometimes happen that merchandise will sell out of stock before we have an opportunity to update the site. To know if the merchandise you ordered is in stock, the most up-to-date information can be found by calling the store at (512) 669-6558 and speaking with the boutique directly.

02. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship everywhere in the world, this includes the United States and territories, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, Europe, Japan, South America, and everywhere else on earth.

03. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
To get an accurate shipping cost estimate, put your items in the shopping cart, go to check out, type in your info and pick your shipping service. It will give you a grand total and a shipping qoute before entering credit card info. Our default country is the USA make sure you pick your country from the drop down menu upon check out.

04. I NEED TO HAVE MY ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE/CAN YOU GUARANTEE DELIVERY?
If your order must be received by a certain date, please include this information, along with the best method of contact in the special instructions box at checkout or bay calling the store to speak to someone in the online orders department at: 512-669-6558 between Monday - Friday, 11am - 6pm EST.

05. CAN YOU EXPRESS SHIP/ WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
We offer Over Night and 2nd Day Shipping. You must contact a person directly by emailing gomikitti@gmail.com to guarantee your request is received. You are responsible for the costs of express shipments, and they will be added to your order total after telephone confirmation.

06. WHAT DOES BACK ORDERED MEAN?
We sometimes have merchandise that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished. If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and back ordered items and you may have the option to receive a partial shipment of the order, so you don't have to keep waiting. Custom made, or special order items all require a minimum of three weeks to deliver.

The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your basket, and also during checkout. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances we may experience delays.

You can check the status of your order by clicking on "My Account" in the top navigation bar. Sign in to access your account by entering your email and password. Then, click on "Order History". Click on an order number to view the entire order. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package.
